WINTER Refrigeration is looking for a dynamic and experienced Industrial Components Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in industrial refrigeration, combined with a proven track record in technical sales and market development.

 Responsibilities

• Promote and sell industrial refrigeration components and solutions to contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial components sales.
• Strong knowledge of compressors, valves, heat exchangers, controls, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
