WINTER Refrigeration is seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote company services.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas projects, procurement processes, and key market players in general and the UAE/GCC particularly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
