WINTER Refrigeration is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role will support our marketing and business development activities and is ideal for someone eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and vendors for marketing materials
• Manage company social media accounts and digital platforms to enhance brand visibility
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and proposals
• Support the organization of exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
