Position Overview

We are looking for a quality Document Controller to prepare, manage and file documents for our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Document Control services to the projects.
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all documents, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility
• Create templates for future use
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to document control

Requirements and Skills:

• Working experience with minimum of 1-2 years as a Document Controller or similar role
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure
• Well organized and systematic
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, good team work skills and strong communication skills.
