WINTER Refrigeration is currently looking for a Secretary cum Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them promptly to relevant parties.
• Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate project coordination and communication.
• Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
